Australian Citizenship Test ("the App") is operated by Hardclutch ("we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.
Your test history, progress and premium status are stored locally on your device only.
To understand how the App is used and to fix problems, the App sends anonymous usage and diagnostic data to PostHog, our analytics provider. This includes the screens you visit, practice test results, whether an ad was shown, purchase and restore events, your app language, your device language and time zone, error reports, your device model, operating system and app version, and a random ID created by the App. It does not include your name, email, contacts or location, and your IP address is not stored. We use it only to improve the App. It is never sold, and it is not used for advertising or to track you across other apps. For more information, see PostHog's Privacy Policy.
The free tier of the App displays advertisements served through Unity LevelPlay (an ad mediation service owned by Unity) and the ad networks it works with, such as Unity Ads. These providers may collect device identifiers (for example the advertising identifier), your IP address, and information about how you interact with ads, in order to serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud. We do not receive this data. You can limit ad tracking in your device settings under Privacy & Security → Tracking and Apple Advertising. Premium removes all ads. Premium upgrades are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment information. Apple's privacy policy applies to all purchase transactions.
The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
